CONGAREE NATIONAL PARK 2016

This is an older adventure but worth posting about. These photos were shot in the summer of 2016 at Congaree National Park in Columbia, SC. Congaree is AWESOME, it was like Jurassic Park in my backyard and never knew it was there! I lived in Columbia, SC for a few years for work but was a bit slow to really get out and explore what was around me. Congaree is like nothing else around it, you are basically walking through a pre-historic swamp. The sections we cruised around were full of cool boardwalks, enormous trees, cool insects, and likely alligators that we didn’t see. I encourage you to visit and check it out for yourself!
